How much does it cost to rent your home and what deposit do you require?
Our home rents for $2,600 per week plus 13% sales tax. (with the exception of holiday weeks which are $2,800 per week). Pool heat and cleaning fees are included in the rental cost. We generally require a 25% deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We take credit cards, checks, Paypal or Venmo payments.

How far is your home from the Walt Disney World Resort?
We are about 2 and ½ miles from the main gate of the Animal Kingdom Resort, which is the closest in proximity to our home. The other theme parks, along with Disney Springs, are all within a mile or so from there.
What community are you located in?
We are in the gated community of Formosa Garden Estates.
What if there is a problem during my stay? Who do I contact?
You will have the telephone number to my property manager who is available to handle any issues you might have. She lives in very close proximity to our home and is available should you need her assistance.
What is the process if I want to rent a week at Characters Corner Vacation Home?
It is actually very simple. I will email you a rental contract outlining the terms and conditions of the rental, along with your dates. You can return the contract to me, along with the deposit by email.
